Taking over from an approved business case scenario. Role required the initiation, management and execution of a 5 year IT/Business program to deliver billion $ savings to the airline industry.

  • Complete IT program part, with the following workstreams; Treasury project to align 67 back-office operations into single reconciliation and payment process
