Oversee two properties being built in Delray Beach, FL and Taos, New Mexico both scheduled to open Christmas 2003. Work directly with the design team for interior and exterior·

Developing an opening budget· Attended the New York Hotel Show, to purchase Ving card locks, beds, linens, furniture and products that felt were 5 Star, 5 Diamond quality· Fly weekly from Taos to Delray to sign-off finished construction items·

Interviewing Engineers for both properties. Holding seminars with the Engineers already hired, on electrical, HVAC, plumbing and refrigeration.

In charge of 21 existing luxury guest homes in Taos, and the construction of 42-room resort being built.

In charge of 35 existing luxury guest homes in Delray Beach and the 42-room resort being built.
