This is a
position as a Trainer for a large international
firm at work sites located in Iraq. The basic
qualifications for this position are as follows:
A High
School diploma or equivalent is required,
Apprenticeship and/or a BS in a
technical discipline is preferred,
at least three to
five years of previous training
experience and demonstrated technical
competence in teaching basic electrical
skills, plumbing, carpentry, computer
training, safety, and quality control.
Additional requirements are the ability
to develop and deliver video, computer,
and presentation training materials to
multicultural customers as well as
excellent verbal and written
communication skills.
Previous
international experience and local
language abilities are not necessary but
are considered a plus.
The actual pay rate is dependent on
relevant experience and demonstrated
personnel skill sets. In addition to
normal pay scales an uplift (100% plus)
will be paid while in Iraq. The
successful candidate will be paid for a
40 hour week even if some overtime work
is necessary. Camp style housing and food
will be provided in a secure living area
while in country. benefits including
medical insurance, vacation, holidays,
401 K, and paid transportation to an from
the site are provided for this position.
